At Moxi Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn sports apparel and equipment. Ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original box and include the packing slip or return authorization form provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality and wear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
